Refunds & Cancellations

  • Crypto refunds: Issued in cryptocurrency or store credit equal to the EUR value at the time of refund, minus unavoidable network fees. Price volatility may affect the final amount.

  • paysafecard refunds: Usually issued as store credit if direct refunding is restricted by provider policies.

  • Refunds for canceled or returned orders are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Chargebacks & Disputes
