Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, sealed, and unopened packaging — in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items ❌

Pre-order items – all pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Opened or unsealed Pokémon TCG products (e.g., booster boxes, ETBs, packs, decks, or promos). Once the seal is broken, no returns are accepted.

Digital goods, services, or gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
Return Process

Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Refunds
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days after inspection.
Refund Methods:

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible (bank transfer, crypto, card, etc.).

Crypto refunds are issued in cryptocurrency or store credit, equal to the EUR value at the time of refund (minus unavoidable network fees).

paysafecard refunds are typically issued as store credit if the provider does not allow direct refunds.

Approved refunds cover only the cost of the returned product(s).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missealed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include clear photos.
We will review your claim and, if valid, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
